At DebZee Naturals, each bar of soap is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality.

All sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of our handcrafted soaps and personal care products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened or unopened items.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays, packaged marked " delivered" or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
