Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped through USPS using Pirate Ship to provide reliable and cost-effective delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or perods of high order volume.

Shipping Delays

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, DebZee Naturals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. DebZee Naturals is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, DebZee Naturals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local USPS office, check with neighbors or your property's management office, or file a claim with USPS if applicable.

International Orders

We gladly ship internationally where available. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
